This polyp was (10mm in diameter ,tublar adenoma) present at the transverse colon. Taking the shape of this lesion is difficult to detect.

Ulcerative colitis (active stage)

The etiology of ulcerative colitiss is unknown ,rescently increasing. Most patients complaint of anal bleeding. But in my clinic they are well controlled with my advice and the drug(5-ASA).

diverticulitis complicated with abscess

Much pus dischsrge from small cavity were seen.
Narrow in the lumen was also seen.
