This polyp was (10mm in diameter ,tublar adenoma) present at the transverse colon. Taking the shape of this lesion is difficult to detect. |

Ulcerative colitis (active stage) |

The etiology of ulcerative colitiss is unknown ,rescently increasing. Most patients complaint of anal bleeding. But in my clinic they are well controlled with my advice and the drug(5-ASA).
